Arcano Global Opportunity Fund II FCR ("AGOF") is the fourth Private Equity focused investment program launched by Arcano. It has been invested predominantly through primary commitments, and a minority proportion through secondary market transactions, the latter representing 15% of the program. AGOF has completed all of its investments between 2008 and 2012, providing its unitholders with exposure to over 300 private companies. These investments are mainly in Europe and the United States, and, to a minor extent, in emerging countries. They range across various sectors, including manufacturing, healthcare, consumer, technology, and services.

*The calculation of expected returns or target returns has been carried out by reference to the historical net performance of similar investment vehicles managed by Arcano. Furthermore, both negative and positive performance scenarios have been analysed in order to carry out this calculation.
