Since 2009, it has been a signatory to the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI), an initiative supported by the United Nations and created to implement the six PRIs. In the 2021 PRI assessment, both Arcano Capital (AEF's manager) and Arcano Earth Fund received a "five stars" rating, the highest score.

GRESB: Our commitment and leadership in responsible investment
Arcano Capital, through its Arcano Earth Fund, was the first Spanish fund manager to be recognized as an "Infrastructure Investor Member of GRESB", a global benchmark for ESG reporting and benchmarking of infrastructure investments.
In GRESB's 2022 fund evaluation, Arcano Earth Fund I has received a scored 100%, outperforming the score obtained in 2021 and 2020.
